Our story began in 1929, when Wilfrid Osborne arrived from Rainbow and took over the existing legal practice of Minogue & Carey, laying the foundations for a family tradition of service and integrity.

In 1956, Wilfrid’s son, Peter Osborne, joined the practice, helping to grow its reputation for delivering quality advice and genuine care for clients. When Wilfrid retired in 1966, Peter continued to lead the practice, guiding it through decades of change and growth until his own retirement in 2004.

The Osborne legacy continued when Peter’s son, Warren, joined the firm in 1990, bringing a new generation’s perspective while maintaining the same core values of professionalism, trust, and commitment to the Seymour community. Under Warren’s leadership, the practice has evolved to meet the changing needs of clients, expanding its services to provide not only expert legal advice but also comprehensive accounting services.
