Warren Osborne

Solicitor/Accountant

Warren grew up in Seymour taking over his father’s legal practice in 1999. He has a  Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Bachelor of Laws and is a Notary Public. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1998.

Warren’s main areas of practice include Wills and estate, leasing, small business and property law and has worked with clients spanning several generations.

On escaping from work, activities include open water swimming, bike riding, running and gardening.

Fiona Paine

BBus(Acc), CPA
Accountant

Fiona has 35 years of experience as an accountant and has supported multiple generations of clients. Her clients are mainly local and include some based overseas. She has always worked in public practice as an accountant, which creates a wide variety of work.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a registered Tax Agent, is Xero certified and is a member of CPA Australia.

Kirsteen Milne

BJuris, LLB, Masters of APP Law (Family Law)
Solicitor

Kirsteen completed her Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws and was  admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1984. She completed her Master of Applied Law (Family Law) in 2011 with the College of Law and was awarded Graduate Fellow of the college in 2015.

Kirsteen commenced employment with Osborne & Osborne in 2013 working in family law and Wills and estates.  She helps clients resolve conflicts delivered with the personal attention of a small country practice.

When not in the office Kirsteen spends time with her children and grand-children,  gardening, a weekly park run and her animals.

Sarah Puppa

LLB(Hons), BA(Politics & Int. Rel)
Solicitor

Sarah has grown up and trained in Seymour region. She was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2019 and joined the Osborne & Osborne team mid 2024. Sarah feels  privileged to be able to practice in her chosen profession in the community where she grew up in and her clients appreciate her local network.

Sarah practices in a broad range of matters including property, conveyancing,  commercial and family law. She has extensive experience with the conveyance of  residential, commercial and farming properties, large scale subdivisions, family law matters and small business concerns.

Outside of work, Sarah is an avid baker and reader. She enjoys spending time with her young family and commiserating with other Essendon supporters on yet another  abysmal season.

Cheryl Horsburgh

Conveyancing

Cheryl was born in Melbourne and moved to the Mitchell Shire in 1988. She joined Osborne & Osborne in 1999 as a taxation and law clerk. She transitioned to conveyancing after an untimely bike accident occurred involving Warren which placed him in hospital and out of action for quite some time. Cheryl, under the guidance of Warren’s father took on the conveyancing role. She also attends to the day to day accounts of the practice.

When Cheryl is not working she takes great interest in the activities and lives of her children and grandchildren, enjoys camping with her husband, family and dogs.

Isabelle Green

Accountant

Isabelle is a professional accountant, locally born and raised Seymour, who brings a strong sense of familiarity and connection to the local community. She completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance in 2020 and has since established herself as a registered Tax Agent.

Isabelle is passionate about helping clients in preparing and lodging tax rett.1rns for all types of entities and assisting clients with their various ATO obligations. Isabelle is currently furthering her professional development and is a provisional member of Chartered Accountants ANZ. Meticulous in her work, Isabelle strives to provide clients with the highest level of service and support possible.

When Isabelle is not at work, you will usually find her staying active, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors.

Jane Fletcher

Law Clerk and Personal Assistant

Jane has grown up in Seymour and after moving back to Seymour in 2004 joined her brother Warren in the business in 2004. Jane is employed as a Law Clerk dealing with all matters including estates, conveyancing and family law along with various back office tasks.

When Jane is not at work she enjoys spending time at the beach, on the golf course and catching up with family and friends.

Ira Chambers

Accountant

Ira has worked with the firm for three years. The position has provided Ira with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and develop an accounting career, which has always been her passion.

Her role involves completing taxation returns for individuals and businesses,  bookkeeping using Xero and Myob and payroll compliance for businesses. She holds a Diploma in Accounting.

Ira enjoys her work, she relishes working in a comfortable environment supported by  highly professional colleagues. She strives to deliver an excellent service to clients.

Fallon Wardrop

Accountant

Fallon moved to the Mitchell Shire in 1999 and has lived in Seymour since 2021. She began her career working in administration, where she discovered a strong interest in bookkeeping. As her knowledge and experience grew, so did her passion for bookkeeping and accounting.

Fallon started working at Osborne & Osborne in 2025 as an accounting assistant. She assists with tax returns as well as bookkeeping using Xero and MYOB. Fallon has learnt so much already from her colleagues. She values their expertise and is looking forward to developing her accounting career. Fallon appreciates the welcoming and inclusive culture at Osborne & Osborne.

Shanae Sharp

Law Clerk & Personal Assistant

Shanae has grown up in Seymour and is one of the newest members of the team. You may be fortunate enough to be greeted with her friendly smile and can do attitude when you call or walk into our office. She made the jump from real estate to the legal fraternity and is enjoying learning something new every day. While Shanae assists the solicitors in all areas, she particularly enjoys assisting in estate planning and conveyancing matters.

Outside of the office Shanae is always on the move whether that be training for a running event, swimming or hiking. She also enjoys cooking her way through her large cookbook collection which helps her fuel her weekend activities.
